16 Sep Why I Love Group Training!
So just wanted to talk about the benefits of group training to everyone this morning and the benefits it will have on your day. Group training has a sort of domino effect..where it will impact on everything else in your life. IN A GOOD WAY!
Exercising in a group training atmosphere promotes a sense of belonging and comradship. Working out with friends promotes a sense of unity and is a different way to play together I guess! I have found my group training has evolved into a social event where everyone gets together and has a laugh and chat throughout. I see everyone walking away with a big smile on their face and this to me is pretty much the reason I run group training classes. I love the sense of achievement, the endorphins running the veins, the feeling of satisfaction and maybe even a bit of euphoria from the group training.
I think everyone should be involved in some sort of exercise, especially a group sport. And if playing sport isn't your thing you really should give group training a go!
