05 Jan Monday Bootcamp Is Go!
Monday will be beginning on 17th January and is going to be a 'Bootcamp' style training session at 6am not for the faint hearted! If you really want to step up your game for the new year and experience some really different and challenging obstacles then this is a must do session for you! Sonya our new bootcamp instructor has been a personal trainer now for some years and has alot of experience working with some really fantastic bootcamps in Curl Curl and Freshwater. She has some awesome ideas in tow and is looking forward to trying them out. She has asked me to forward on this info:
* Please wear old runners or be prepared for soft sand running without shoes
* Be prepared to work hard
* Be prepared to see some dramatic changes in your fitness and body! Oh yeah!
