What to eat, how to eat, when to eat, what is ok to eat? All very important questions that surrounds a topic that is very confusing! Nutrition – other thenexercise is one of the most important elements when looking after your health, eating for energy, eating for recovery or just eating to live!
Juliana, a dietician and expert on the subject, will take us through some of the most common myths surrounding food and health. We will be discussing such topics as protein shakes, oils, diet sodas, and alcohol. Not only will she be giving us some sound advise and knowledge, she will be encouraging questions and discussions on this subject. So please start thinking and taking note now on some of those questions that have been plaguing you since the beginning of time and get ready!
