04 May What A Morning!
Got up at 6am this morning, closed my eyes, opened the curtains…preyed for no rain and YAY! Its sunshine everywhere! Wahoo! Its been a long time coming hasn't it. So dragged hubby out of bed and we went on our morning beach walk (that gets done realistically maybe 2 a week). But its such an amazing and beautiful way to start the day.
The best way to get motivated to do exercise is to start your day with a morning walk. I find if I do this walk in the morning I have even more motivation to do more exercise later on in the day. Plus there is the added benefits of seeing a beautiful sunrise, walking barefoot on the beach, smiling and saying good morning to peeps, and…watching dolphins. What a beautiful surprise we had this morning as we were gazing out to the waves and saw 3 dolphins cut in on a surfer (how rude) and surf a wave together. Cutest thing I have seen in a long time! Tried to get a photo but they are too quick so have just put up a photo of the sunrise for you.
