05 May Run Your Way To Fitness!

Have you decided to cosy up on the couch during winter instead of getting outside to work out?

Here is a plan to get you back on track….
Pure Fitness are starting 'Run Your Way To Fitness' group based on 45 minute sessions which are focused on teaching you how to run. It’s a 10 week progressive course that caters for all levels of fitness and ability. We are beginning in June so we have enough time to train and are ready tackle the spring running events like the 'Mothers Day Classic’, City to Surf, Blackmores etc.
“But I can't run” I hear! That’s ok because this is where you are going to learn to run and really start to see BIG improvements in your fitness. Each week we build on the base fitness until… Ta Da! You can run without stopping 5km/10km. How fantastic would that be?
Included in your package:
- 1 x running group per week
- Home Work to complete 1 run each week
- Weekly accountability calls and coaching to keep you on track
- Pure Fitness Manly Top
- Entry to the 4km or 9km Bridge run
