I don't know about you but I used to envision boot camps to be run by an intimidating type, perhaps an ex army sergeant wearing his greens with a whistle and a very bad temper. Well to be honest I have seen them about and yes they scare the hell about of me too! However, no need to be alarmed as there are boot camps out there a little less intense for people just like you!
We offer boot camps for all levels ranging from absolute boot camp beginner to the more advanced boot camper. Our boot camps are very experienced and are able to cater for all levels. Our boot camps run 5 days a week morning and evening so there is always a boot camp for the early bird or night owl…so no excuses not to come!
