Run and Pilates

Enjoy running but not for an hour? Worried you won’t last the distance? Want to tone and shape at the same time?
We have listened to your feedback and have reinvented Tuesdays!

Starting from Tuesday 6th December we are going to be introducing a special workout just for Pure Fitness members. It may seem like a strange combo but we are 100% sure its going to work no matter your goals.

We start the morning off with a warm up followed by a 30 minute run combining long distance, short distance, sprints, sand and stairs that is going to challenge you and increase your fitness, burn fat and release that amazing runners high we all love. All clients are encouraged to join no matter what your level.

We finish off the last half of the session with a pilates class that helps reduce back pain, improve posture, fitness and strength, lower stress, increase flexibility and increase confidence. Phew! No previous experience is needed.
