What to eat, how to eat, when to eat, what is ok to eat? All very important questions that surrounds a topic that is very confusing! Nutrition – other then exercise is one of the most important elements when looking after your health, eating for energy, eating for recovery or just eating to live!
With summer just around the corner, anyone who is wanting to get their best beach body ever needs to be combining their workouts with a healthy eating plan.
This seminar will focus on the nutrition side of the weight loss equation and will:
- help cut through the confusion about which foods are the best for weight loss
- explain the link between the time of day you eat and how much weight you lose
- share what “good mood foods” are and how to eat for happiness and healthiness
- give you strategies to curb overeating
- explain what different cravings mean and how to overcome them
- give you practical advice to stop bloating
About Grace
Grace studied Nutrition through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition at New York. Her business Bride Body helps brides lose weight in the lead up to their wedding.A keen exerciser, Grace has always enjoyed keeping active herself and is a member of Pure Fitness Manly. She enjoys running and placed third in this years Manly Soft Sand Half Marathon.
