Join Energy and Soul Coach Kyla Tustin along with stretchy yogi Mel for a very special Pure Fitness meditation/yoga session.
Mel is looking forward to showing you that yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness, increases body awareness, relieves chronic stress patterns, relaxes the mind, centers attention and sharpens concentration. All levels are welcome as the poses can be as strong or as gentle as each individual desires.
We will be following the yoga by meditation. Kyla will provide you with the ins and outs of meditation and the reasons we often DON’T even start as she guides you through the benefits and shows how is doesn’t have to be hard or take a lot of time. You will each walk away with a personally designed quick and easy relaxation and meditation ritual that works for you, having you chilling out and feeling calm and zen in no time. Meditation is an amazing tool to release stress from your body and mind and Kyla will share with you the secrets to getting over the hurdle of finding the time and getting started in a regular meditation practice, before we finish up with a beautiful guided meditation designed for beginners and long term meditators alike.
