how many classes are available?
Only the online classes listed above are available. There are face to face sessions in Umina Beach subject to trainer availability.
can i cancel my subscription?
Yes you can cancel your subscription. All subscriptions are on a month to month basis.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
You should always consult your doctor before starting a new fitness program. We will do our best to accommodate you based on your initial health assessment.
Are there family discounts?
Please contact us and we will let you know if there are any discounts or special offers.
What other types of services do you offer?
We offer personal training, corporate training, online fitness coaching and nutrition coaching.
